The ‘Filiera Smart’ call for proposals is designed to promote digital and ecological transformation projects within production chains, stimulating collaboration between companies to create added value and skilled employment.
Target audience
The call is aimed at micro, small, medium and large enterprises that are part of the same supply chain. The group must consist of a minimum of 6 members for MSMEs and a minimum of 10 for large enterprises (with a maximum of 2 large enterprises and 2 associated enterprises).
Eligible projects
Grants are intended for projects concerning:
- Digital and ecological transformation: implementation of new technologies and sustainable processes.
- Skilled employment: training and recruitment of specialised personnel.
- Added value of the supply chain: improvement of cooperation between companies to optimise processes and products.
Funds and application management
The initial budget allocation is €22,853,557.90 and is guaranteed by the resources allocated in the 2025-2027 financial budget.
This initial allocation may be supplemented up to a total budget of € 63,000,000.00 from resources that will become available in the regional budget following the allocation of flexibility provided for in the financial plan of the Actions of the PR Toscana ERDF 2021-2027.
Applications can be submitted and managed on the Sviluppo Toscana SpA portal, using a negotiated evaluation procedure.
Applications will therefore be examined in chronological order until the funds are exhausted.
Applications may be submitted starting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 3 November 2025, until funds are exhausted.
