The Tuscany Region, within the framework of the GOL (Guarantee of Employability of Workers) program and with the financial support of the European Union NextGenerationEU, is launching an important training initiative in the Siena area. The course, specifically designed for the certification of competencies in “Control of thermohydraulic and similar systems (UC 2169)” and “Maintenance of thermohydraulic and similar systems (UC 2171)”, aims to re-skill and update professionals for a constantly evolving sector.
The training program, also promoted through the regional “GiovaniSì” project, is organized by a partnership of accredited entities, including Assoservizi S.r.l., Eurobic Toscana Sud S.r.l., C.P.I.A. 1 Siena – Poggibonsi, Scuola Edile – C.P.T. Siena (the executing body for the course), CSM – Toscana, and Formimpresa. The course will take place in the classrooms and laboratories of Scuola Edile – C.P.T. Siena located on Strada Chiantigiana and Viale Franci n° 18 in Siena.

This allowance, disbursed at the end of the project and with a maximum limit of €250, is excluded for recipients of Citizenship Income and beneficiaries of social safety nets due to involuntary unemployment or in constant employment. The allowance is paid only to those who obtain the final certification of the first program attended.
The enrolment process is divided into two phases:
- Access to the GOL Program: interested parties must enrol in the GOL program exclusively at the Employment Centres in Tuscany. Here, based on the outcome of the orientation, they will be directed towards Upskilling or Reskilling measures.
- Course Enrolment: once directed towards one of the measures, beneficiaries can enrol in the course by going to an Employment Centre or a Job Agency.
This course represents a strategic opportunity to acquire highly sought-after skills in the job market, contributing to professional growth and re-skilling in the thermohydraulic systems sector.
