  • Phase 1 – Access to the GOL program: interested candidates must enrol in the GOL program exclusively at the Employment Centres in the Tuscan territory. At the chosen Employment Centre, each beneficiary will be directed to a specific pathway based on the results of the orientation. If directed towards Upskilling or Reskilling measures, the beneficiary can then proceed to Phase 2.
  • Phase 2 – Course enrolment: in this phase, the beneficiary can enrol in the specific course they have been directed to within the Upskilling or Reskilling measures. Phase 2 can be completed by visiting an Employment Centre or a Job Agency.

This initiative represents an important opportunity to acquire marketable skills in a growing sector with concrete employment possibilities.
